PRISM Real–Time OMS

This course provides training on the primary modules of the PRISM Real–Time OMS (Outage Management System). You will learn to operate and manage customer calls, incidents, trouble tickets, outages, routine work orders, and field crew management. This course also identifies reporting features for the statistical requirements of historical data.

Electrical Distribution Operations dispatchers and dispatch management personnel will learn how to dramatically reduce outage restoration times and use the system tools for quicker, more timely decision–making in severe storm situations.

Delivery Format: Onsite at customer’s facility, preferred

Prerequisites: Basic fundamental computer skills and a background in Electrical Distribution operations are recommended. An overall knowledge of DASmap is beneficial, but not required.
