PRISM Focus Group Monthly Meeting *CUSTOMER ONLY*

The PRISM Focus Group is composed of valued members of our customer base and is organized and facilitated by key Minsait ACS personnel. The purpose of the PRISM Focus Group will be to gather customer feedback, organize this feedback, and submit this feedback as product enhancements and new solution suggestions. Participants may also receive early access to beta software to share feedback before new products become available to the customer base. The Focus Group will meet on a monthly basis having discussions around product experience, usability, and real time operational efficiency. Additionally, customers will be able to participate by completing product surveys.
